Thinking about Purchasing Satellite Radio?

I know there are a lot of questions already out there about satellite radio. I couldn't find one that fit my situation though. I don't drive, so I don't want it for my car. Does Sirius XM make them for portable radio? I'd probably use it most often at home. What is the coverage/signal like? And cost. I saw that the per month cost [only want music] is 13 bucks. Which is awesome. But what else do I need? Thanks!
