Can someone help me find a good camera? 10 points?

hello i need to buy a camera but i need it to be portable, like a point and shoot pocket camera. I would also like to print 8x7 prints which means it has to have good image quality and good megapixels. Shutter speed would be good above 1/1000 per sec i had one with that shutter speed but still had problems with shaky pictures..good battery life would be a plus!! zoom is important but not as important as image quality pleaseeeeee!!! helpppp meeee!!! i have been looking but havent found one. Mostly I will be taking pictures of family, pets and well outdoors as we love to go to the zoo and parks.
