Can a skyscraper be built on Staten Island in New York City?

Hi, I live in Staten Island and have since I was born. I was wonder, can a skyscraper ever be built here? I am talking about one the size of The Twin Towers. It would be awesome if we could rebuild The Twin Towers on Staten Island. Do we have the land to build a skyscraper on Staten Island? I know that Manhattan as many skyscrapers due to the bedrock. I think it would be awesome to have The Twin Towers rebuilt on Staten Island, we have a ton of land and we are so close to Manhattan.
