MHP3rd question help!?

I love the monster hunter series and i know that monster hunter portable 3 is in Japan (since december) but when does it come out in the u.s.? How much money does it cost? Finally i heard there is a PS3 HD version, does that mean it's also going to be out for PS3 n the U.S.? Thanks
