How do I upload a game with an external disk drive?

Depends on how the game is packaged... For starters you may want to move the installation file to your pc. Then run it as an administrator (assuming you have that ability). If you are worried about conserving space on you pc then install it to your external hard drive and not the pc. I don't have enough info to help you properly... More information would be awesome...
