How do I Break Up with Him?

There is no good way to end a relationship especially when it is one-sided.Romances involve feelings and emotions which come from the heart inside.That is the reason why people should not get involved in one unless they are sure of their feelings for the person they want to date.In your particular case,there is only one way to handle it and that is the direct approach. Talking face-to-face is always the best way to do this but since this is not an option,then use the telephone .When you talk ,pick a day and time when you guys can talk at length and do the following:1) Make sure that you truly want to end it then tell him the whole truth.2) Give him the specific reasons and details.Do not say something like I want to end it but say something like I no longer love you because you cheated on me or I no longer trust you because you lied to me. You get the idea.3) Answer all of his questions completely and honestly. 4) Do not give him mixed messages or signs because you feel sorry for him or do not want to hurt him ;so you agree to remain in the romance. All you are doing is pushing into the future the pain that you will eventually give him. 5) Be nice but firm.Remember that he has feelings and at one time you cared for him. Right now he is hurting and hurting real bad. Nobody can force you to love them or make you return the feelings they have for you no matter how deeply felt. This does not mean that their feelings are not real.So be kind,nice and firm.
