Why after committing felonies ranging from treason to violating the logan act, is Obama not a convicted felon?

The judiciary branch of government is failing to uphold the law.(dereliction of duty) The liberals are so intensely obsessed with, and mesmerized by his rhetoric that they won't acknowledge the obvious treasons. The way everything is going, I'll be surprised if this warmongerer doesn't get re-elected. Seems like the dumbened, arm-chair decision making, brainless, ignorant masses don't care about the law as long as BIG GOVERNMENT is throwing free money at them while the working class and anyone else that actually EARNED the damn money has to pay for the scumbags. It's socialism, theft, and proving that communism looms too near. Say goodbye to Obama, or say goodbye to all your freedoms. So the question I want answered is WHY..... WHY is he allowed to continue committing felonies and treason without trial, without punitive action, without securing the borders(dereliction of duty)? WTF?
