Can anyone recommend any good, portable, microwaveable or ready to eat meals?

I work at a golf course as a beverage cart girl. This is my first summer there and I quickly discovered that our food and beverage department is completely laughable. Few of the cart girls have any concept of food service and we lack leadership BADLY. Golfers constantly request sandwiches and other foods from us but our food selection is dismal. We don't have an oven but I'm sure there are some good foods we could sell without having to cook them (we do have a microwave). Does anyone have any ideas? I am desperate for help; I'm tired of being embarrassed by our menu!
